Test Anchor
The Stellar Development Foundation reference anchor (testanchor.stellar.org). It implements the full SEP stack on testnet and is wired here as a dual-facet anchor: SEP-24 interactive (the default flow) and SEP-6 programmatic, both authenticated with SEP-10 wallet signatures.
Two ramp archetypes, one provider
testanchor.stellar.org implements both SEP-6 (programmatic, partner-orchestrated) and SEP-24 (interactive, anchor-hosted) โ pick the flow you want to demo.

How this anchor scores
Commercial
- unverified: Locally denominated asset (stablecoin or stablebond) on Stellar
- unverified: Support for local payment rails connected to Stellar
- unverified: Competitive rates (wholesale <25 bps conversion)
- unverified: Deep liquidity for low slippage (local โ global assets)
Developer
- met: Open self-service access (credentials + sandbox, no human in the loop) No signup; open testnet
- met: Accurate, well-documented API (docs match the wire) SEP standard + stellar.toml
- met: High-fidelity sandbox (a completed test ramp lands real on-chain testnet tokens) Issues real testnet SRT + USDC
- met: Agent-buildable (machine-readable docs/spec, diagnosable failures) Standard SEPs
- met: Fee/rate discoverability (costs findable via pricing docs or a quote/fee API) SEP-38 firm quotes + SEP-6 fee fields
Known Issues
- The test anchor issues no-value testnet assets (SRT and testnet USDC) and exists only for integration testing โ it is not a curated production provider and does not offer locally denominated assets.
